David Hilty always answers his calls and texts on a timely manner which is very important especially for a first timer. You are shipping an expensive vehicle and you want to know everything about the carrier, shipper, etc. I’m still in touch with David and will continue to be until my vehicle has safely Arrived at the destination port without any surprises and picked up. This is how much reliance a customer has with a shipping broker and I’m sure David will deliver to my expectations.
