After having a very unsatisfactory experience in transporting my vehicle with another company, I was very anxious about doing it again. But after talking with Drew Rightnour at Mercury Auto Transport my mind was put at ease. Not only did he spend considerable time in listening to my needs but took special interest in making it happen. He also contacted me on a weekly basis prior to pick up for any questions I might have had. I was concerned that it would be picked up by a certain date, and in fact he arranged it to be picked up even a day earlier! I would certainly recommend Drew Rightnour and Mercury to anyone to ship their vehicle. My car was delivered on time in perfect condition.
