From the time that I inquired about transporting my vehicle from RI to AR David Hilty was very responsive and professional. He got answers to all of my questions and explained the whole process. This was so much easier than having to filter through all of the other contacts that were coming in seeking my business. I was able to respond to all the solicitations by saying "Thanks for getting back to me but I have hired a broker.". This was so much less stressful and I was even able to pay for the whole process with my credit card because I wouldn't be present at the delivery location. I was able to have a friend meet the driver and take delivery of the vehicle at no cost to them. Mercury was able to handle the transaction with the carrier for me. If you need a vehicle moved, I would recommend that you reach out to David Hilty at Mercury!
