First time I’ve needed to transport a car and I’m thankful Lawrence Reeves from Mercury was able to coordinate the details quickly. Within minutes of my search for a transport partner, I was inundated with texts, emails and phone calls. There are so many companies in this business. I chose Mercury based on the reviews and couldn’t be happier. Same day service to find me a reliable and trustworthy carrier to get my large vehicle from Maryland to Ohio. Lawrence explained every step of the process and didn’t charge me a cent until a carrier was identified and final cost confirmed. I was not obligated to pressured to take the first bid, but I did so because of the urgency needed by my own deadlines. The carrier was in regular communication with me throughout the process from pickup to drop off and he included pictures. I was thoroughly impressed with both Mercury and the contracted carrier’s professionalism and attention to detail. Lawrence could have easily handed me off to the carrier, yet he didn’t. He checked throughout the process and at delivery to ensure I was happy with the results. All around great job by all in A very short time. I would highly recommend to others and be happy to use this service again if needed.
