After submitting a request for bid for vehicle transport, I was inundated with dozens of texts, emails and phone calls. The actual shipment was simple and I ended up choosing Mercury not only because they had a good BBB ratings and a price that seemed on par with the others but also because they didn't try so hard to sell me on anything other than service and reliability. And Jim and the actual shipper provided everything I could ask for: on time, good communication, service as promised and the car was where I needed it to be on time.
