Jim Gozde of Mercury Auto transport did an excellent job explaining the process, arranging for transport, following through with contacting me throughout the experience. My car was shipped from Los Angeles to Massachusetts. Each step of the way went smoothly from the pick-up time to the delivery. The driver Juan checked in along the way. The car was delivered exactly on time. Jim and his office checked in with me at least 3 times during the time the car was headed east and after the arrival. I cannot rave enough about this smooth experience about which i had been verrrry anxious!
