From the very first contact Mercury explained clearly their role as broker in the shipping system. it was clear to me that they worked within a system of posting vehicle information and price to independent drivers who make up their own loads according to routes and timing of their determination. Ryan did a professional job in keeping me informed. The final contract fell within the parameters as I understood them. It was significantly more than the initial agreement. I decided this was not a bait and switch operation. The carrier was consciintous and the car was delivered as agreed, on time.
