Pete Raynolds was simply an amazing person and a very knowledgeable broker. We had to move our son's Mercedes-Benz to Florida, something we've never done before. I've gotten the homework to find the carriers and make it happen. Searching the internet I happened to fill out the request not knowing the process whatsoever.
Within an hour I've received tons of emails, texts, and phone calls. Who I chose, Mercury was a very difficult question to answer.
After checking the reviews I picked Mercury Auto Transport because of Pete. His emails were very educational explaining the process in detail which made me believe that I have the right guy working for me.
And I was right. Not only that his quote was the lowest among many others I've received but his dedication was above and beyond my expectations. Every day I would get the text and an email from Pete with the updates and he would always return my calls ensuring me that everything was under control and nothing to worry about.
The carrier he sent to pick up the car was the nicest driver I've ever worked with before. Very professional, detail-oriented, polite, and trustworthy. The car reached its destination on time and with no damage .
This was the smoothest move ever and couldn't thank it enough to Pete and Mercury Auto Transport.
