I used Mercury Auto Transport as my Broker to transport a 2005 Ram 2500 from MO to CA. My contact at Mercury was Dean Hawley. Dean was upfront with everything, never tried to pressure me, very knowledgeable in the business, kept me informed and was always there to answer my phone calls and questions. Once I decided to use Mercury it took no less than a couple of days for Dean to arrange a carrier (he actually had 2 carriers on the same day) that was within my budget and was the date I wanted the vehicle shipped. Once the deal was struck and the carrier contacted me to arrange pick up, Dean's co-worker June Carrol contacted me to make sure the carrier had contacted me. Then a few days later June contacted me again to see if my vehicle had arrived. At the beginning of this whole process I was somewhat hesitant in using a Broker because of things I read on the internet and heard from others. But the experience was no way negative. I would definitely recommend Dean Hawley at Mercury Auto Transport to anyone who is wanting to ship a motor vehicle across country.
