Jim Gozde of Mercury managed my shipment. There were an awful lot of texts and emails, but once I understood the process and agreed to the contract, a driver was quickly assigned. The car arrived sooner than I had expected. The driver, Gee, unloaded the car at a convenient site and drove it to me in the city.
