Carlos was great at keeping us in the loop with regard to what current bids were, and gave us daily updates to assure us that we hadn’t been forgotten. No hidden charges and although I got a little nervous because we were a week out from the date we wanted our car to be available in the destination location, Carlos didn’t use that to charge more to “improve our chances of getting a driver.” Everyone we dealt with acted with integrity. The transport company they found us was so professional and the driver amazingly helpful and communicated well about even small delays of an hour or two. Will use them again!
