I chose Mercury Auto Transport because they were the most professional, up front, and transparent of all the various brokers that contacted me when I sought out quotes for transporting my newly purchased Toyota Camry from NY to Philly. I dealt with Pete Reynolds and I wish I could buy this man a beer. I truly believe that he gave me up front and honest estimates for a time-frame for the pickup of my vehicle and I am admittedly not overly patient. When the typical 72 hour time frame was stretched to 10 days... lets just say Pete understood I was getting increasingly frustrated as the days passed. I'm sure he was not looking forward to sending me his daily update texts/emails telling me he was still doing everything that could be done to secure a carrier as I starting letting him know I was looking at all kinds of ways for me to get the car myself at that point. To his credit Pete never wavered in his commitment to getting the job done, did it with true professionalism, and in the end I could tell the relief in his voice after securing my transport was because he really did everything he could and he was happy to be able to get me my new car. The truth is I just ended up with a tough transport drought for the route I needed. In the end my car arrived without damage, the day following pickup as promised, and its proudly parked outside! Pete Reynolds at Mercury Auto Transport will tell you the truth, work hard for you, update you throughout the process, and is a stand-up guy. He earned this 5-star review. Thanks again Pete, if I ever need another transport I have your cell number saved in my phone as "Where the f*$#@ is my car " and you will be my first call buddy. -Drew
