I never realized how many scammers and terrible experiences you can get from trying to ship your car. Mercury wasn't even my first choice, to be honest, but with previous plans falling through with other companies that could not communicate well, I felt lucky to have worked with Mercury. I was reached out to by James Acosta. He's very good with communication, and I didn't feel lost. I gave the previous company a whole month to look for a driver for my vehicle, James was able to accomplish this in a day. The driver was also very nice and had dropped off my vehicle 2 days earlier than the anticipated date. If I have to ship my car again, I'll definitely be reaching out to James again.
