This was my first time shipping a vehicle. I researched many car transport companies. I choose Mercury because from the good reviews and from detailed site and the very savvy emails from the brokers. Compared to other companies Mercury stood out because the communication looked very professional and I liked the "short" video that was linked in the email. It showed the whole shipping process. Spencer was great! He easy and very quick in his talk. Once the order was placed BOOM!! I had a driver (Mike) my car was picked up the next Morning and delivered the next day. Amazing how fast everything went!! The Driver was very efficient with checking in many times before delivery. There was a steep hill which made it difficult to drive the big trailer to my front door, Mike actually drove my car to my house!! And I drove in him back to his trailer. That is what you call great customer service!! Great Job Everyone! I'm telling everyone I know that may need a car transport company to use Mercury!!
