Jake at mercury transport was very helpful guiding us through our first cross country auto transport. He sent a full explanation of the process and a video. Mercury’s estimate was right down the middle. We were a little disappointed that the actual trucking company price was a bit higher but because we had come to understand the process we were ok with it. In addition our driver Vlad with Day In Day Out was great at communicating before pickup and delivery and was courteous.
