Communication is the key

I was pleased with the price and the representatives level of communication- until a driver was hired. The driver did not return my text message after he was on the road - on two occasions. I was told on Tuesday by the office to expect my vehicle Friday. On Wednesday at 6:30 the driver called to say he was here. Needless to say we weren’t ready and did not have the cash in hand. The driver is supposed to give us some lead time. All ended well but it could have been better.

Hi Paul, we're sorry to hear that your assigned carrier was not communicative with you throughout the transport process. You are absolutely right - communication is key in this industry and we will be addressing this with the carrier to ensure that this would not happen again if they wish to continue doing business with us. Thank you for your feedback, we are glad that delivery went well in the end but as you put it, there is room for improvement.
