This was my first experience moving a car 2400 miles. Trenton at Mercury Auto Transport texted me daily with updates and had a direct line that I did call when I felt it necessary. It actually took a while for me to get a carrier but when the time came the transaction was smooth and easy. 1 star less only because I had nothing to compare this experience with. Trenton actually forfeited some of his commission which tells me something of his character.
