What I found refreshing, as well as relieving, is that Carol Ciriello explained each phase of the process in a way that I could understand how it all worked and what options were available in order identify not only what options worked for Me but avoid potential trap doors several transporters out there attempt to hide in the detailed language of agreements many of them offer. Mercury puts an emphasis on the idea that the customer deserves to know up front what the price will be before committing to any deal and Carol's advocating on My behalf was living proof that the company wasn't just talking the talk but walking the walk. If I buy another vehicle from outside my state again, these people will be the first that I call. Carol found Me a price that was around 50% less than the cumulative average of the bids I received. Hard to do better than that!
