My first experience with vehicle transporting was overwhelming with 20+ broker responses. From the start Trenton Bentley appeared to be transparent with what to expect and what traps to avoid. When I finally booked with Mercury Auto Transport I appreciated daily updates from Trenton assuring me that it wouldn’t be long before carriers would be contacting him. Then, when we decided on a carrier and driver I was given their details and actually talked to them before I had to commit with the down payment and contract. Then June Carroll from the fulfillment dept. kept calling to make sure my vehicle was safe during transit, and I was in contact with the driver. I was thrilled when my vehicle arrived in perfect shape with no negative surprises!
