Poor Customer Service

Jim Gozde was my contact with Mercury Transportation. My car was picked up in Arizona and was transported to Missouri. I had to agree to pay a premium to pick up the car from a remote location. I was told about a week for delivery, which was fine. The day of delivery came and I waited 15 hours, while the delivery time was changed on three occasions, but only after I made initial contact with the driver. After not hearing anything from the driver for more then 12 hours, I contacted Jim Gozde by e-mail but again no response. Four hours later I was concerned about what may have happened to my car. I called Jim attempting to get some satisfaction but all he did was complain about other customers, and after which yelled "you'll get your F car!" twice and hung up. It is apparent that Jim needs some anger management training. Needless to say, if I ever ship a car again, I will not use Mercury Auto Transport.
