Actual amount charged was 100 more than quote. The increase was not pointed out by contact person but simply placed in final agreement. We had already arranged drop off date so I wasn’t able to start with new company or change date. Driver was polite.

Hi Hope, Thank your for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your initial quote price was different from the final price you paid. We try our best to get the best price possible, but we understand our quotes may not always be 100% accurate. The final price is set by the carriers themselves. If the dates and or rate does not fit your needs we simply let those drivers know and keep looking for the next carrier that works better for you. This is something we work very hard to explain to every customer via email, website and phone. We are glad to hear that the carrier company chosen was satisfactory and that the driver was polite.
