Kathy was on top of things from beginning to end. Pickup and delivery went as expected, no drama, no issues. Driver was courteous and communicative. Service and driver stayed in good contact via email/text/phone. Not so much it was annoying, but enough to insure everything went as planned. Asked if I would use Kathy again, without hesitation.
