Nice Experience with Roman Franco

I have to admit that I was somewhat nervous with the entire prospect of having to ship a car that I had purchased sight-unseen from Ohio to Texas. A single, simple inquiry (I thought) for a transportation quote triggered an avalanche of responses from transport brokers everywhere that flooded my cell phone. It was insane. However, there was one response that caught my eye from Roman Franco at Mercury Auto Transport- in his reply, Roman simply said that I answer my cell phone and I respond to all my texts. While all of the other responses from all of the other transport brokers sounded pretty much the same, that one statement from Roman is what caught my attention. I can confirm that Roman does what he says he will do. He did an outstanding job for me. He answered my calls and texts, and he negotiated a great price with a great transport company (Show Car Transport) on my behalf. I had a great experience and I would not hesitate to use him again in the future should the need arise.
