If the broker has no greater capacity to reach a driver or his dispatcher than the customer himself does, what is the value of a broker? It has none. Such was the case with McNutt, which purported to be calling the driver to check on his whereabouts but could never reach him. When a different driver called to set up a third pick-up time within 72 hours, he did not show and McNutt again was unable to reach him. McNutt insisted that the promised pick-up times were only "estimates," but by this reasoning the estimate could last into infinity. The company was never proactive. I always had to call them find out what was going on. Unless you're General Motors with a load of vehicles to transport, this company could give a damn about your car. DO NOT USE THEM. I'll expend some energy seeking legal redress against them.
