My Car was picked up on Friday in California. The truckers arrived before scheduled pick-up and waited approximately 1 hour for the group to drop their cars off. My car arrived in Virginia the following Tuesday and was available for pickup on Wednesday unscratched and not damaged. The only problem I had was the fee I had to pay to have my car dropped at a terminal because it arrived before I did which was $50.00. No one informed us there would be a fee. The other problem was the pick up and delivery, we were charged for door to door service which the truckers informed us upon picking the cars up that it was impossible to do because of the size of the trailers. They were very honest. It's the folks at triple AAA A1 Action that I contracted through that cheated the system. M&E was ontime, delivered ontime and handled the whole process really well.
