I was moving from Rhode Island to Southern California for work and needed my car shipped. The first company I called took all the money out of my account prior to picking up the vehicle. 11 days after the original pick up date I called for a status on my order and the said it was confirmed for pick up later that day. This was the 7th day in a row they said the same thing. I was so fed up i canceled me order and began reading reviews online. Magic carpet's were all good so I gave them a call. Michelle Henriksbo answered the phone and I told her the situation. This was on a monday, I told her I would just be happy if they could pick it up by the end of the week. She called me later that day to say it could be picked up the same day. She made it smooth and turned something very stressfull into a huge relief. If you are shipping a car anywhere give her and magic carpet a call.
