I shipped a car from California to North Carolina. I was on a time crunch and it was the holidays and Magic Carpet called me back quickly and were very helpful on the internet and over the phone. I booked the transport and any questions I could have had were answered without me having to ask. The day the car was supposed to be picked up the driver was on time and it was the exact day I was expecting it to be picked up. I was told that it should take about 10 days from the date of pickup to the date of delivery. I got a call from the driver and actually got the car five days after it was picked up in California. The person I dealt with was Todd and I didn't have any problems talking to him on the phone or email at all. It was very quick and the car was not damaged at all. The driver on the other hand who was hired was not honest and I do not blame that on magic carpet at all.
