I am an Active duty military soldier who was recently re-assigned and needed my van transported for me. I contacted several transport services and thought I had made an informed wise decision to use Magic Carpet. I had very open time lines and gave several weeks advance. Needless to say my van is still in South Carolina – I have not even gotten the courtesy of being called back for the last week, if they couldn’t make it happen all they had to do was let me know. I was strung along, called back only after I called to see what the statues was. Truly a miserable experience! I will ensure that all the Military folks I know DO NOT do business with them!
