SHE NOT ONLY SHOULD GET FIVE STARS, BUT A BIG HUG AND A KISS. SHE WAS THE ONLY PROFESSIONAL I HAD THE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH IN THE ENTIRE PURCHASE TRANSACTION FOR THIS CAR.

THE SELLING DEALERSHIP (A HOLLYWOOD CALIFORNIA BMW DEALER) WAS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL TO ME AND TO HILLARY, NOT RETURNING HER CALLS AND BEING EVASIVE AND DIFFICULT AS TO PICK UP TIME AND PAYMENT.

HILLARY HUNG IN THERE, AND AFTER THE CAR WAS PICKED UP, KEPT ME POSTED AS TO PROBABLE ETA.
