Price increase on Quote

My overall experience with Magic Carpet would have been good if I had not been called up by Magic Carpet and told after I had received a quote, that a carrier was available to pick up my vechile in the next day or two, all I had to do was to kick in an additional $90 dollars above and beyond the amount that Magic Carpet had agreed upon. I was taken by surprise with this call and asked what happened to the already quoted price I had received a few days earlier in email. I was told that they had not received a response from the carriers they sub contract out to for the price they had quoted me and that I could take this offer, or just sit back and wait until they had some carrier that would agree to do the job for the price of the oriinal quote. I agreed only because I wanted the car sooner not later.

MICHELLE 360-834-2900 EXT 203, michelle@magiccarpetautotransport.com. Gerald, I am sorry you were not happy with the way things worked out on this transport. It was explained at order placing and along the way that Nebraska is a difficult area to get vehicles out of. I am glad things were handled with professionalism and that you got your vehicle safely.
