Quote given and approved for $708.00 on Aug. 24 2010.
Car finally picked up three weeks later on Sept. 15 2010.
Morning of Sept 15 driver calls and tells me he will be here around 5PM.
I call Kristaan to do the required deposit via visa card,PRICE CHANGED TO $750.00
Kristaan told me the driver would not haul it for agreed $708.00 and she would try to get me some of the difference refunded with the $50.00 rebate.
HAVE NOT SEEN THE MONEY AS OF TODAY Oct 15 2010.
I called the main company in Wa. and inquired about the rebate,they told me they would contact Kristaan. Still havent heard from them.

The car was shipped down to me in the spring and my daughter never got her rebate untill I called and complained at the same time i called about mine.
She finally got it last week.

In summary: BEWARE OF PRICE CHANGES and GOOD LUCK GETTING REBATE UNLESS YOU CONFRONT THEM ABOUT IT.

Mr. Eskey, On behalf of our staff I would like to say that we regret that you feel you did not receive the FIVE STAR services that we pride ourselves on. Additionally, I would like to clarify a few points of miscommunication in regards to the rebate. First, only one rebate is offered per customer and as our records show that it was your daughter, Sherry, who paid for both orders she would be the one due the rebate. This rebate was processed and issued to her and as you stated she has already received it. We do apologize for the delay in her receiving the rebate but as soon as we were made aware of the situation we worked to correct it. And have taken steps to eliminate the problem in the future. When the second order was placed, it was with a significant upfront repeat customer discount.
