Magic Carpet Auto Transport is a top notch operation. They were great every step of the way. I got my quote instantly and was very surprised by it. I figured since they were considered the best in the business they would be the most expensive. Not so much. They ended up being one of the cheapest transport companies out there. After you decide to go with them they assign your order to one person. Anytime you have a question or need anything they are just a call or email away. I would highly recommend that you request Michelle to help you. She was so nice and never seemed to get annoyed that i asked so many questions. They let me know when they picked my car up, which was on time even though my car was ready during a weekend. They gave me an estimated day of delivery which was spot on. Then they have the carrier call you when they are about a day out so you can make pickup arrangements. I met the carrier at a wide open spot so he could get the car off the truck, signed a paper, paid him and he handed me the keys. I wasnt too sure about car transport but after this experience i will be comfortable doing it again if i ever needed to and if i do there is only one company i would use and that is Magic Carpet Auto Transport.
