Good service

My vehicle was picked up in a prompt manner and the communication was good. The truck broke down however, so it took about 13 days for the car to get to me. The communication was good but it was slightly difficult to receive my car since the delivery location of my car was changed twice. I luckily had someone that was able to drop me off at the other location or I don't know how I would have received my car (did not receive door-to-door service).

Overall, I am not quite sure if I would use the company again. I would probably investigate other companies better but the delivers were nice despite the stressful process of getting the car here.
