There are many companies to choose from and I am glad that I chose Magic Carpet. Sheila was terrific to work with. She was able to thoroughly explain the business to me and even though my understanding of the process was slow, she continued to provide the information I needed to make good decisions regarding the shipment of my car. She went above and beyond for me as my anxiety increased and in the end, everything worked as expected. The driver was prompt, pleasant, honest and punctual. I felt as if the car was in very good hands from the moment I met the transporter. I appreciated the personal service that we received as the transport was underway and I was remiss in calling Sheila back to personally thank her for her excellent service. Thanks you , Sheila!
