Shipping my car for the first time, I requested quotes from numerous sources. The replies I obtained ranged from 700 to 1200, so Magic Carpet was definitely on the high end of the price spectrum. But after much thought, I picked Magic Carpet anyways. Why?

Very friendly people. Some of my phone conversations with other services were very rude before I even decided to consider them.
Knowledgeable and honest. Sheila was very clear about the cans and cannots of some of the issues I pointed out, and offered great advice.

So my car was picked up the day after I put down my order, and arrived the day I landed on the other side of the states, much to my surprise and joy. I realize it was kind of lucky, but again, what are the chances of getting such a great service for your very first try in a industry where the quality of service have so many unknown dependencies? Only a business that is serious, professional, and knowledgeable can maximize that chance, and Magic Carpet had convinced me that I made the right choice.
