Overall my transportation experience was successful and mostly uneventful. The service was above expectations by the Transport Company. The negatives of my experience are; the price did increase from my originally quoted price, I was expecting a Saturday delivery but did not receive it until Monday which forced me to get a rental car and my car was covered in dust which made it a little hard to do a walk-over to look for damages. None of the above hindered the chance of using Magic Carpet in the future. I understood that it was going from NY to CA, so I was expecting complications along the way. My contact, Sheila, was almost always available; if anything I had to put her aside because I was hung up. She was very responsive and helpful.
