Magic Carpet reprensentatives were pretty helpful, and when Kathy was out of the office, the other representatives were just as helpful.
The transportation of my vehicles were unfortunately a little frustrating. I was told that Magic Carpet had a hard time getting a truck to be willing to pick up my shipment, mainly due to Indiana being in the middle of the country (was told most trucks were full by the time they pass Indiana). I was told that it was beyond Magic Carpet's control; however, it is still frustrating. Managed to have the cars picked up when I added a $250 "expedite" fee for both my vehicles, and even with that, the trucker requested an additional $105 on top of that.
Overall Magic Carpet and Kathy have been accomodating, and have good customer service.
