I enjoyed working with Kathy in transporting my car from San Francisco, CA to Rochester, NY. Knowing that this would be a long distance transport, I wanted to find a company that is trusted and well known for their business, thus I choose Magic Carpet. I was pleased with the great customer service that I received from Kathy from answering all my questions to her knowledge of the process. She informed me that there were 128 cars wanting to be transported from California to New York, thus it could be weeks before my car was picked up. She suggested that we raise my quote $50-$100 to be a competitive price. I agreed and the price was increased by $50 and the car was picked up in six days from when the order was place. I was glad to have increased the quote to ensure efficiency in transport.
When I had questions during the week, Kathy was able to answer them honestly and with a good spirit. Though she stated that she would call to let me know when the car would be picked up, I heard from her after the driver had call. Nonetheless, I felt I was always in the loop and knew what was going on. The car arrived dusty and dirty, but that is expected of a long travel from California to New York. It also arrived five days earlier than anticipated, which was great in helping my transition to the East Coast.
