Originally contracted with these folks. I picked this company due to its highest ratings in Transport Review. They were knowledgeable and told me what to expect, BUT- I wasted over 4 weeks with these people to get the car picked up and it NEVER was!
I was finally informed that the pick up spot was too remote-Northern Ca, and would be better if the car was taken to a larger spot. This was AFTER at least 3 weeks of back and forth e-mails and telephone conversations with "Hillary".
I finally canceled the order. The only good thing was that they gave me no problem about the deposit put back in my account.
I really wish that these folks and others that I chatted with, would just be honest in the beginning rather than just trying to get your money and promising anything that you want to hear.

The next company I picked was even worse- Disasterous!

I rarely resond to these reviews but when I see one like this I feel as President of these companies it is warrented. First of all we are always honest in our description of how a transport works. The fact is, just from this clients complaint, he didn't read our term and conditions. Most all of the complaints that you see listed on here could be avoided just by reading the terms under which we agree to ship clients cars. Clients like this are ignorant to the process. Trucks that move cars are not taxi cabs and are never waiting in a parking lot to come at a certain time that the customer has chosen. All carriers and brokers work within windows of time. This client never mentioned that he never paid a dime for our services, and then had a worce experience with the next broker.... Perhaps Hillary was correct and HONEST in her assesment that the location was off the beaten path. It's assanine for this client to suggest that we "lied" to get his business. Let's see we made $0 for working with this client so why would anyone "LIE" to earn nothing. I would suggest that all clients read the terms and conditions in order to avoid this type of confusion.
