Hillary was a great contact person throughout the process. This was my first time shipping a vehicle so I had many questions which she was able to clearly answer. The experience with the driver was good, although there was some miscommunication about when to pick up my car (he though he said pm, and I thought he said am), but we were able to work that out. When he delivered my car, he wanted me to meet him at a more convenient place, but when I explained to him that I did not have any way to get there, he was able to bring my car to me. Overall, the experience was very good and I will be using this company again to ship my car back to Washington next year. I will specifically ask for Hillary because she was fantastic throughout the process.
