I was on a very tight deadline to move out of state and needed my vehicle picked up quickly. MCA provided that service for me although, I paid different amount from my quote.
The information that I gave to MCA's reps was not recieved correctly so there was lack of communication via e-mail/secondary number. For reps: I would reccommend that customer's information be double checked in the case that you are not able to get a hold of them.
I was not contacted by my rep the day of pick up and the day of drop off like the company as stated they would. I was only contacted by the carrier.
MCA's reps are overall friendly and helpful. My vehicle was delivered promptly and with out any damage. I enjoyed the business with the carrier as well - Lawrence Transport Auto LLC.
I would still use this company and refer them to others in the near future.
