My over experience was just phenomenal! I've never shipped a car before and was quite skeptical at first. My agent "John” took the time to explain the process, to include; rates, rating system, competitors’ rates, pros and cons, etc... He even went so far to encourage me to stay with the first agent I originally sought out for. His rate was very competitive and his product knowledge was quite impressive. Everything happen exactly the way he stated it would all the way down to the precise time and place of pick-up/delivery!!! I will definitely utilize John and his company again in the future!!!
