I will start by saying that part of the reason why there was some confusion on my delivery was because my husband cancelled the original order. After calling John back he managed to get the driver to go back and pick up my car which was very kind of him. He worked very hard to convince the driver to go back and I reall appreciated that. However, I will say that the amount of communication could have been better. I would have liked to have more contact with John since the actual driver only contacted me twice and he was late on the delivery. Other than that, John did a good job of getting my needs met and getting my car delivered.
