I called Stephanie at 4PM on a Friday afternoon to arrange to ship my 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix to my son in Jacksonville, FL. I was told it would be a few days before the carrier contqcted me and a couple days after that before the car was picked up. To my surprise, I was contacted at 4:45PM that same day and the carrier picked the car up at 6:30PM and delivered it to my son by Noon the following day. That's 2.5 hours from contacting Magic Carpet and THE CAR WAS DELIVERED LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER INITIAL CONTACT. Iforget the name of the husband - wife team who did the driving but they were delightful. Granted mine was probably not the typical experience but it's all I have to go by. If I had the need to ship a car again I wouldn't hesitate to call Magic Carpet.
