Do NOT trust this agency for her quote. In her own words, "Quote is a quote". i.e. Quote means nothing to her, even though quote is a major factor when we choose agencies. Basically, she will not honor the quote she gives you.

In my case, my initial quote was $800 with a $50 review rebate and a $25 online ordering discount. So I was supposed to pay out of pocket a total amount of $725. By the way, if you cancel your order, there will be a hefty cancellation fee.

One week after I put in the order, after I made multiple attempts to reach the agent regarding my car's status, RaeAnn called and told me there was a driver going to Wisconsin. But driver is asking for $700, which RaeAnn claimed is $170 more than her estimate. She thought the reason is very few people is willing to go to Wisconsin (which turned out to be a lie). After a painful re-negotiation, she agreed to low the price tag in a amount of $75 ($50 +$25).

But later when I checked my credit card, she charged me $153 ($145 + paypal fee, by the way she never explained the paypal fee to me before). Therefore in the end, in addition to the $700 cash I have pay the driver to get my car back, I was charged another $153 for RaeAnn's agency, which means I paid a total of $853. This is $128 more than the initial quote.

If you try to talk to her, you will get the following:

- "Quote is only a quote" (i.e. She will not honor her own quote. She will only use those very low quotes to attract you into putting an order - remember there is a cancellation fee)

- "I am a single mom. I don't work for free." (She claimed she didn't make any money after charging me $153 agent fee)

Conclusion: Stay away from this "MAGIC CARPET AUTO TRANSPORT" and this lady "RaeAnn Clark".

Tony, I have never had a client say such dishonest, multiuple staetments before. I am truly taken back. 1st there was and is no cancelation fee, unless you price match and we did not. 2nd I also never did and never would force anyone to pay more than there quote. I had a driver that was offering you a transport and as your representive I am obligated to ask you if that is what YOU would like to do. 3rd When I said a quote is a quote, there is very little control I have over anyone to do what I ask, all I can do is ask. Of corase I honor my word, which also includes representing to you any and all offers from drivers. 4th every attempt you made to contact me, I responded. 5th Wisconsin is a very difficult state and I told you that in the beginning as well as the charge for paypal. you had the option of saving the 8 dollars by using your check acc. but did not want to do this. 6th I only get a portion of the brokage fee, as I repeatly explained. Our dispatch staff gets a portion to run there part of the business and the company takes a part for cost they incure. I had given you, to make you happy my portion of my entire fee and explained that to you repeatly. I even gave you the option of talking with my manger, you declined. 7th you were NOT compensated for your review. Tony I worked daily to get you a carrier to diffficult state, you had mentioned your money was very tight and I worked very hard to help you with ALL I had. I truly do not understand your dishonesty in this review and am saddened that you feel my service was a joke. RaeAnn Clark
