the car was picked up on sat. driver did a great job. my complaint with magic carpet auto is that they need to communicate better. i got a call on sat morning asking me to call them. i called them back and left a voicemail with stephanie. i knew the car was supposed to be picked up that day. i never got a call back. i called the seller and she said that the car was scheduled to be picked up on sat at 4 pm. she emailed me after the car was picked up. i never got a call back from magic carpet. on sunday, i received an email telling me the car would be delivered on monday. morning morning, i called magic carpet to see what time the car would be there. i also informed her that no one ever called me back on sat. she said they were trying to get ahold of me because the shipper wanted $70 more, and they wanted to know if that was ok. Well, since the car was already picked up, i guess i didn't have much of a choice. She said give it a few hours to hear from the shipper. At monday at 5 pm, no car, no news, so i called magic carpet again. i informed her that the car had not arrived. . she gave me the phone number of the shipper and i was able to get ahold of him. He was very nice and told me they would be in late tues or wed. overall, the car came in safe and sound, but i wish magic carpet would communicate better.
