Shipping from Hawaii to the mainland can be quite a challenge; especially, if you want door-to-door service. Finding reliable transportation to and from the ports can be difficult. If it hadn't been for the intervention of Trevon Bond I think my car would still be in Hawaii. On the day of pick-up at my home, which was the day before I was to fly to the mainland, there were some last minute problems at the dock of Hilo. I called Trevon, who was not my primary contact person, and he was amazing in the way he handled a problem which wasn't even his responsibility. He was able to sort through the details, deal with Matson Shipping and the ground transporter and solve the problem. He kept in constant touch with me to assure that things were being taken care of and that I was comfortable with how things were going. Throughout the transport time he called to keep me posted and assure me that everything was OK. He was very supportive and caring throughout the entire process.
