Car got to MI from CA in good shape and was early based on Magic's estimate. Only thing stopping me from giving Magic five stars is the fact that I had to call them EVERY DAY days before my pick up (at times, several times during one day) to even ensure I would get picked up. I called to make my transport reservation two months in advance and had been assured I would receive a call about my pick-up date/time about a week and a half before. Week and a half comes and Magic tells me it's still early - I'll get a call one week from pick-up. That day comes and again I'm told I'll know more about the pick-up the day before. Day before comes, and still no details. Moving cross-country for school is stressful enough, but add not knowing if and when you're car will get picked up to that equation. Finally confirmed pick-up time hours before the truck driver actually arrived. Driver himself was great and got the car to me exactly when he promised. Had I not pestered Magic, I feel like my car would still be in California. I would recommend Magic to others but only if they're willing to be proactive about their pick-up.

Melody, I'm glad that you were overall please with our service. I also wanted to explain agian that when we hear about drivers varies. Realisticly it could be at any point. Typically we only about a week to a week and 1/2 ahead of time. If we don't catch them at that point we'll hear from them when they're on route which could be a couple days before hand. I did not want to be dishonest with you and telll you a day when we did not have a carrier. So i kept letting you know that we had time and were putting forth our best efforts. California is very backed up right now, thus, this was a hard transport to arrange. I'm sorry you felt we were not attentive enough to your situation. Typically we do not call our customers everyday unless we have status updates for them. Just becuase you did not hear from me everday does not mean i was not working on your file. Due to your dilgence, in regards to your contact with me i thought our communication went well. I did not seek additional oppurtunites to speak with you for we had already spoken in those last couple days before pick up. I know you were still happy overal and i'd hope that any future car shipping needs you would let us know. Hillary Bergeson 360-834-2900x204
