It is hard to say using or not using again

I ordered tranportation of my car from TX to CA from a company a week ago. However, I did
not received any message for almost a week. My leaving day was Saturday. So I called Magic Carpet on Thursday to ask help. After some coordination, they said they can pick up the car next day, that is Friday, but 150 extra bucks should be added. They driver told me that my car was supposed to arrive next Monday, however, I received email that my car would reach the destination next Wed. I did not receive any notice from the company before Wed, so I decided to ask them what was the status. On Wed morning, the driver told me they would come 3 hours later. Even though a couple of hours delay, my car was successfully delivered to my new apartment. It was dirty on its trunk, fortunately, there was no damage.

In summary, the company service is good especially when a urgent channel is needed. However, the price is high. If I planned well, I would like to choose another company with lower price. Nothing is perfect, and every one need improve. I am still not confortable with the way that I should write a review to get my $50 rebate.
