I with MCAT due to their price being one of the lowest, and their customer service availability on the weekend. They had a little trouble locating a carrier that was willing to pick up my vehicle, and thus the delivery time ran a few days longer than my original planned schedule. However, they accordingly reduced my rate down $250, back to the original rate after the 48hr rush pickup window had passed. Customer service was always friendly over the phone, and I was able to receive quick updates from the truck driver on his location. I would use them again, however, I would also consider planning in advance and finding a company that operates its own carriers, rather than subcontracting the work out.
